The single biggest benefit is peace of mind. We had a hit or miss kind of IT system before which left the library vulnerable and provided inconsistent service to staff and patrons, a lot like a used car lot with only some of the vehicles locked. The AVC team reworked and updated equipment, established security protocols, and made recommendations for future upgrades, all while offering competitive pricing.
