IT Professional looking to learn lots and support GREAT customers!!
We are looking for a full-time IT professional who loves to analyze and solve computer/server/network problems and helping our clients implement technology that empowers them to do their job easier, faster, and will less stress.
The right candidate will spend their days working with clients to support existing IT infrastructure or implementing new technology. You must love asking questions to determine the root of the problem and providing exceptional service. You must be a great communicator with above average written and verbal. You must love staying current in the ever changing IT world.
Hours of work are generally stable; however some evening or weekend work may be required on occasion.

- Has at least 1-3 years’ experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, VPNs, Routers/Firewalls, VoIP, Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy, and Backups. Experience in Managed Service Software is a plus.

- Fully managed cloud and onsite services
- Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2016/2012 & Windows 10 operating systems
- Microsoft Office 2019/2016/2013
- Microsoft Exchange 2016/2013/2010
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Myriad vertical applications
- Firewall, routing and switching technologies
- Storage, backup and business continuity solutions
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to travel to and from client/prospective client offices/locations.
- Must be able to lift at a minimum 50 pounds.
We are located in Indianapolis, IN, but you must be willing to travel to client sites throughout Indiana. We do a lot of our work remotely, but there are always times we have to travel to our clients' sites.
