We are looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist Level II or III who is really great at analyzing and solving computer/server/network problems to join our team to troubleshoot problems as well as configure and deploy new technology for our clients.

Duties will include regular customer interaction, therefore effective communication and above average written and verbal communication skills are required. Your own transportation is required for occasional site visits. Hours of work are generally stable; however some evening or weekend work may be required on occasion.

  • Has at least 3-5 years’ experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, VPNs, Routers/Firewalls, VoIP, Advanced Active Directory, Group Policy, and Backups. Experience in Managed Service Software is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to travel to and from client/prospective client offices/locations.
  • Must be able to lift at a minimum 50 pounds.

We are located in Indianapolis, IN, but you must be willing to travel to client sites throughout Indiana. We do a lot of our work remotely, but there are always times we have to travel to our clients' sites.
